At Halperin Creative, we highly recommend that clients have an Internet presence to increase brand awareness. But it isn't enough to buy a domain and build a website. Customers need to be able to find your site in the crowded cyber marketplace. Our approach is simple and economical. You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on AdWords when there are proven organic methods that can get your site noticed by your targeted demographic. Our approach is two-fold and includes two main tasks— Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Search Engine Optimization
Our approach to SEO is to "go organic." We utilize “natural” search engine placement and ranking. Natural search engine placement is far more effective than paid placements. One reason is because having your website appear toward the top of a search results page implies that its a successful business because it is the search engine’s function to list results according to popularity. How do we do this? Firstly, we build sites that are easy for web robots to index. Much of this is accomplished by understanding what the robots are looking for in headlines, subheads and copy. Additionally, as a part of our work, we conduct research and look at competitor's sites to assess common keywords and keyword performance. A well-crafted site can maximize a site's "on-page" SEO.
Search Engine Marketing
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) covers the spectrum of activities involved in performing "off page" SEO— link building, submitting sites to directories, and developing online marketing strategies via such SEM vendors as Google AdWords, and Yahoo!Search Marketing. SEM methods include paid placement, and paid inclusion. Well executed SEO can save considerable dollars on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) programs, ond allow the use of budgeted funds to pinpoint SEM on more competitive markets.
Online Advertising
Another tactic is online marketing is to use banner ads. When assessing your marketing plan we can help design banner ads or eMail campaigns that support business objectives.
